Este proceso es el ultimo en desarrollarse, es el momento psicológico en el cual intuitivamente actuamos para defendernos y atacar, si pensamos lo que vamos a hacer, va a ser muy tarde para actuar, por eso los principiantes saben las técnicas pero no conocen el momento adecuado para realizarlas, es importante por medio de las repeticiones llegar al grado de dejar de pensar y actuar intuitivamente.

Del nivel de convencimiento propio dependerá el salir con éxito cuando la acción se ejecuta. Shinnenda es fe en uno mismo, en sus posibilidades, en su trabajo. Shinnenda influencia nuestra mente en esos momentos críticos ante los que hemos de responder o reaccionar.

El kime nos dice que toda técnica debe ser realizada relajadamente, justo en el momento del gesto técnico: defensivo u ofensivo, es cuando todo el cuerpo se contrae por medio de la respiración, por un lapso brevísimo de tiempo, para nuevamente volver a relajarse el cuerpo: todo esto con el fin de proyectar la fuerza explosiva como un resorte, como un latigazo. Esta es la forma de trabajo del Tomari-Te, y naturalmente de muchos estilos marciales.

La fuerza, el valor, vemos que están íntimamente ligados con el kime. Pero, ¿que sería de todo esto sin un fundamento como la convicción, con la seguridad íntima de que todo va a resultar correcto?

Shinnenda es pues el último círculo, el principio final, que lo engloba todo: ¡la fe del éxito!
